A tracking number will be emailed upon dispatch. Shipping updates may beย sent directly from the carrier as required.

DELIVERY ESTIMATES

Delivery times are an estimate only and Kaelesti Jewelsย will not be liable for any reasonable or unavoidable delays. Whilst we use premium services, transit times are beyond our control. It is your responsibility to arrange re-delivery or pick up from the delivery company if the parcel cannot be left at the address provided.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

When your order reaches the destination country & clears customs, it will be passed on to your local postage provider. You may be able to track the parcel using the same tracking number approximately 3-5 days after it was supplied. Eg. USPS website for US orders.ย ย

ORDERING
Once you have placed an order, you will receive a confirmation via email. If you do not receive a confirmation email, please get in contact with us at: info@kaelestijewels.com.
Once shipped, a second email will be sent containing your tracking details. Your parcel can be tracked using the tracking number and instructions provided in a notification email.
