Orders are usually processed and dispatched from Melbourne, Australia, within 2 business days of order confirmation (excluding Australian public holidays or office closures communicated on this site). A tracking number will be emailed upon dispatch. Shipping updates may be sent directly from the carrier as required.

Australia Post Standard shipping: $5.99
- Same state: 2–5 business days
- Interstate (metro to metro): 3–6 business days
Australia Post Express shipping: $9.99
- Same state: 1-2 business days
- Interstate (metro to metro): 2-3 business days
WORLDWIDE
- Australia Post Standard International shipping : $19.99
DELIVERY ESTIMATES
Delivery times are an estimate only and Kaelesti Jewels will not be liable for any reasonable or unavoidable delays. Whilst we use premium services, transit times are beyond our control. It is your responsibility to arrange re-delivery or pick up from the delivery company if the parcel cannot be left at the address provided.
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
When your order reaches the destination country & clears customs, it will be passed on to your local postage provider. You may be able to track the parcel using the same tracking number approximately 3-5 days after it was supplied. Eg. USPS website for US orders.
Please note, Kaelesti Jewels is not responsible for any additional charges associated with international customs & taxes.
Kaelesti Jewels is not responsible for any shipping delays or items lost in transit once they have been collected from our shipping carrier.
ORDERING
Once you have placed an order, you will receive a confirmation via email. If you do not receive a confirmation email, please get in contact with us at: info@kaelestijewels.com.
Once shipped, a second email will be sent containing your tracking details. Your parcel can be tracked using the tracking number and instructions provided in a notification email.
EXCHANGE / RETURNS :
RETURNS
If you are not completely satisfied with your order, we will happily offer you a refund on your purchase. This excludes earrings, as we can not accept a return for hygiene reasons. So please choose carefully. To start the return process please email us at info@kaelestijewels.com.au. Once the return has been confirmed by us please return the purchase within 14 days (domestic orders) and 30 days (international orders) from the fulfilment date. All return shipping costs and responsibilities fall to the customer.
Items must be returned in unworn condition, in their original packaging. Returns received in unsatisfactory conditions or lost in the mailing process (make sure you get a tracking number) will not be accepted and responsibility will be held by the customer. Once the returned products have arrived at our studio, we will inspect them and process the refund to you within 48 hours.
Please note we do not accept refunds on custom orders or sale items.
INTERNATIONAL RETURNS
All international return shipping costs and responsibilities fall to the customer. We recommend returning your order with a tracking number and transit cover so that you are able to track your parcel.
We do not take responsibility for any parcels that are lost or damaged in transit on return to us. We also cannot refund international taxes and duties incurred in the event you wish to make a return.
To exchange your item/s follow the above return instructions, and then place a brand new order for the item/s you desire.

Cancellations
Kaelesti Jewels reserves the right to cancel any order at any time, in which case all funds paid by the Purchaser will be returned.
FAULTY ITEMS:
All items are quality checked before they are dispatched.
The term ‘faulty’ specifically refers to a manufacturing defect when a product deviates from it’s intended design or purpose.
General wear and tear in the course of normal use is not deemed a manufacturing fault.
Damage resulting from mishandling.
Damage caused by improper cleaning solutions or methods.
General wear and tear.
Damage caused by exposure to weather or improper environment.
Changes in the appearance of finishes over time.
LOST OR DAMAGED GOODS:
If your order is lost or damaged in transit, please contact us at info@kaelestijewels.com within 7 working days of your expected delivery date so that we may assist you.
If damage has occurred during shipping, all packaging must be retained by receiver and failure to do so, may invalidate any claim.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
